#Sat Spanks from Wishing For A Spanking

What? No more snippets from Lady Katherine's Comeuppance? Relax. First, if you're really wondering what happens in the story, you should feel free to go and buy it. Just click on the cover over there ---->.

This week I am featuring a snippet from Wishing For A Spanking (formerly The Birthday Wish) which has been sent to the Amazon dungeon with an adult tag. I am working on getting a new cover and new title and starting over again, but until then this book is available for the bargain price of 99 cents.

Wishing For A Spanking takes place on Mimi's 40th Birthday. She blows out a candle, makes a wish and finds herself transported to the home of the sexy Paolo who wants nothing more than to fulfill all her dreams. Sigh...

In this scene, Paolo is showing Mimi the proper use of a flogger. Enjoy!

With his free hand, Paolo pulled her close, lifting her ass and repositioning her so that her knees were now on either side of him on the soft leather sofa. While his tongue plundered her mouth in search of the ice cube, his other hand flicked the flogger over her now exposed backside so that a torrent of tails slapped against her prickled flesh. The soft suede of the tails stung and tickled at the same time which, combined with Paolo’s possessive arm around her waist holding her to him and his tongue tugging at hers, created a cacophony of sensations that clamored to every nerve ending of her body.

The pre-shopping orgasm from Paolo’s fingers had been the best orgasm of her life. Clearly it was about to be relegated to the number two position.

Her body started to quiver and rock. Moans from some primitive place in her gut filled the room.

“No!” Paolo disengaged from her mouth. “Not yet.”

Will Mimi ever get the release she needs? It'll cost you 99 cents to find out. :)

The Naughty List

I used to write stories for Discipline and Desire. Compared to most, my stories are pretty tame, so you can imagine my surprise when one of my short stories came back as unacceptable. I posted it on my blog as "My Banned Story" and it got the most pv's of any post. In fact, I took it down for that reason, because it annoyed me that people sought it out because it was banned.

A couple people actually asked why it was banned, since it was a pretty tame story. The answer? At the beginning of the story the heroine, who was a chubby little girl, flashes back to time when she was five or six and her snobby aunt had a party where her daughters passed on their unwanted school clothes to the other members of the family. It include a scene, which was innocent and cute (IMO) where the young girls were in their undies trying on the clothes.

But, they said they couldn't publish it because it involved little girls in their undies. Understandable and it sort of made me a little queasy to think that what I had envisioned in my brain as a sweet sort of scene could be construed as highly icky.

More recently, one of my dear books, The Birthday Wish/Wishing For A Spanking has found itself banished to the dungeons of Amazon (as one blogger put it) with an Adult Tag. I must admit that I have been stymied over why this book never sold better and now I think I know why. The covers were too naughty. First there was this one, made by me:
I suppose the fact that you can see butt crack might make it offensive. Ooops.
So I hired The Cover Artisan (see their jazzy pink button over there---->) to create a new one.

Lovely, isn't it?
Apparently the book is still in the dungeon, either because it was marked that way before or because this cover is also too naughty.
What is particularly amusing/annoying about this is that for those of you who have read this story, it's sooo tame. It's sexy, I think. And funny. But hardly the stuff that people need to be warned about or protected from.
Sigh.

So I am going to have to take the book down, give it a new cover and new title and start all over again.
Until then, if you dare go into the Amazon dungeon, you can buy this book for 99 cents. Just click here.

Hoops and Bustles and Corsets, Oh My!

For the next two weeks, Regency 101 is being renamed Victorian 101. Please welcome Maddie Taylor

Hoops and Bustles and Corsets, Oh My!
Part 1
By Maddie Taylor

Thank you, Celeste for asking me to participate in your blog.
Of course, my research for my most recent book was for The Victorian Era which spanned the 64 year rule of Queen Victoria, from 1837-1901.  This period is known for its outwardly prudish moral strictures; the key word being “outward”.   Because we know that behind closed doors the Victorians weren’t quite as prudish as they wanted folks to believe, because they did like their bare bottomed discipline.
During this period, laws were imposed banning public obscenity and vulgarity.  One such law was the Obscene Publication Acts of 1857 which banned “obscene and depraved publications” that might corrupt the public, those poor helpless sheep.   Alas, my fellow readers and writers of spanking romance; we would have been imprisoned and locked in the stocks, paddled or birched for public entertainment.  Hm, well... Maybe that wouldn’t have been all bad.
But I love this era, the dominant men, the submissive women, and the prevalent use of domestic discipline, the fashion, the slang, the rituals and etiquette.  There is so much I could talk about, but I thought it would be nice to follow Renee’s contribution on the Regency period for comparison.
So, let’s talk fashion.  In particular; corsets, bustles, split drawers and accessories!  Of course, my focus was on the members of the elite class.  They could afford the very best and newest designs and adhered to all the newest fashion trends.  The working and middle-class didn’t have to worry about hoops, crinolines and corsets, those lucky girls

Like Renee, I also chose the time period based on the fashion, but I wanted my hero to have to work a bit to give his lady her comeuppance.  So I chose the mid-1865-1872 as the setting for my novel, “Surrender Your Grace”.    In this scene, Andrew who is a forward thinking man and not at all in favor of a corset, discovers that his new bride is wearing a corset for a ride in the country on their private estate.
“Stuff and nonsense, husband,” she protested as her cheeks bloomed with heat and she became miffed at his behavior.  “You can’t possibly strip me of my clothes here in the stable where anyone could walk in and see.”
“Watch your tone with me, wife.  I’ve no intention of stripping you naked.  I am merely removing this ridiculous corset.  It's not safe to go riding in the countryside all trussed up like a Christmas turkey.  I can’t imagine these contraptions do much for your health either what with your insides all compressed and squeezed.”
“But I can’t go without a corset, Andrew.  It’s indecent.  People will think I’m a three penny upright, or worse.”
Shocked that she knew the dock worker slang for a prostitute, he paused to frown down at his young bride.  “Such language Cecilia, where did a lady of your breeding hear such low class cant?”
“Excuse me?  Weren’t you the one giving me a vulgarity lesson just a few short hours ago?”
“Mind your tone and guard your tongue, woman.  What’s tolerable for a gentleman is not suitable for a lady.  I’ll have to watch what I say if you’re going to pick up such vulgar dialect.  Now be still, I won’t warn you again.”  He pulled her blouse off and then began to work on the tightly laced corset.  He had to also loosen her skirt to remove it.  The knots in the lacings confounded him and he cursed under his breath.  “Damn women’s trappings.”  Bending he pulled his knife from his boot and efficiently cut the lacings before pulling the steel and linen from her torso and throwing it on the straw covered floor.
“That was one of my best corsets I’ll have you know.  It was quite expensive, too.”  She huffed at him under her breath.
“Stop grumbling or I’ll take you over my knee right now.  Just look around wife, there are plenty of interesting implements I could use to help you regain your composure.”  He watched her look around the dimly lit tack room.  After staring wide-eyed at the sight of the straps, crops and long handle brushes, she instantly took on a more de
mure demeanor.  “Smart girl; now stand still while I set your clothing to rights.”
Celeste, since you said you like a history lesson… Here is a bit of fashion history for the decade 1860-1870.
At the beginning of the decade the hoop skirt was all the rage.  Remember Scarlet O’hara?  The fashion was for a tiny waist and wide hope skirt, even a more curvy girl then Scarlet would be able to have the perception of a very tiny waist with use of a corset and the wide bell shaped skirt.  The ladies thought this an improvement over the layers upon layers of petticoats and crinolines in decades before.

But, oh my!  However did these women walk through doorways, dance, sit or cozy up to their man?   And even more curious, how on earth did they tinkle?  Here’s a teaser… I talk about that a little later, in part 2. <teasing grin>

By the mid1860’s the hoops became elongated so the bulk of the hoop was at the back.  A lady could get closer to her gentleman for chatting or dancing, but there is still the problem of sitting!

For more information about the Victorian Era and fashion read “Surrender Your Grace”, although fiction, I have included historical facts from the era.  Available now from

As Natural As Breathing Blog Tour--Final Stop

Thianna D has been on a marathon blog tour and I am honored to have her here for the grand finale.

Thanks, Celeste, for letting my book tour be on your blog today:)

This is day 16 – last day! – of the As Natural As Breathing Book Blog Tour. Have you been reading along? If not, you can find all the posts here

Celeste Jones: Your new book, As Natural As Breathing, is a gay DD romance. I’m sure you’ve been asked this before, but how did you get into writing gay romance?

Thianna D:  You know, it is kind of strange. I had never read a gay romance and one day in 2009 I was writing a short story, not having any idea who the hero would end up with and about two-thirds of the way through, it became crystal clear that his partner was a man he had known for many, many years. That, in turn, made me start looking for gay romance fiction to read. The friction and dynamics between two men is an amazing thing to write.

Celeste Jones: I see that you have some self-published books but As Natural As Breathing is being published by Lazy Day. Is this your first book with a traditional publisher? If so, what do you think of the experience?

Thianna D: This was my first book with a traditional publisher. And I am very happy with the experience. Not only was it so much easier in some aspects, but there is something to knowing you are part of a publishing family and that you have someone else wanting you to be a success. Plus, I will admit it. As an author, it makes you feel good to know a publishing house recognizes your talent.
Celeste Jones: Are you “out” with friends and family about your life as Thianna D?
Thianna D: Well, yes and no. To the world, I keep my two writing names somewhat separated as I do write YA fiction as well and don’t want that to be an issue. But as far as my family and friends. Yes, they know. My mom used to call them ‘your dirty books’ until she saw a section on CBS Sunday Morning on how Erotica is the best-selling genre out there. Now she actually calls them ‘erotica’ and encourages me to keep writing.
But, I ‘outed’ myself in big way a few years ago about my involvement in the BDSM and spanking scenes. My dad chooses to still think I’m a virgin, but my mother tries to understand.

Celeste Jones: What is your writing day like? Do you have a regular schedule?
Thianna D: Mornings are more for marketing, answering emails, doing social networking. That sort of thing. Afternoons and evenings are my time to write. I can get into such a groove that I will write for 4-6 hours without moving sometimes. Unfortunately, as I am sure you know, characters like to talk at the strangest times – like 3 a.m. – so I have a little recorder handy by my bedside so if I do not want to get up and turn on my computer I can just talk out the basics of whatever the character is going on about and then hopefully fall right back to sleep. Sometimes that works, sometimes it does not.

Celeste Jones: Are you a plotter or a panstster?
Thianna D: Oh, I write by the seat of my pants…mostly. For longer novels or for series, I will plan out large plot points. But it is usually one-liners. Like for part II of As Natural As Breathing, I wrote down:

Logan goes to New York to meet Mannettes.
Christian learns more about domestic discipline.

That was all the plotting I used before letting my fingers dance across the keys :)

Celeste Jones: What is it about As Natural As Breathing that you particularly like? What do you want readers to take away from this story?
Thianna D: Oh, how to narrow it down? I think first off, I want people to realize that a romance between two men is just as natural as a romance between anyone else. Logan and Christian are amazing men and I hope the readers will come out with an intense love for these two like I have.

Christian is a very scarred individual at the beginning of the book, both physically and emotionally. He goes through a lot to get where he is at the end of it. I would hope people would begin to look at people in a slightly different manner. Look at people like Logan looks at Christian. He never sees his scars as ugly. Instead he sees each one as proof of the strength in the man he is in love with.

Excerpt:
In this excerpt, Logan takes a look at his boyfriend. A really good look after they removed their clothes.

As soon as they were off, Logan looked down at Christian’s body. “Damn,” he grunted. Everything was in perfect proportion. Nice lean legs, thin hips, and a long torso, and between those hips was his cock. Logan licked his lips absentmindedly as he eyed the monster between Christian’s legs. He knew the other man wasn’t ready and yet he desired to lean down and take it in his mouth, to taste his pre-cum, to deep throat him until he yelled. And yet, the wonderful piece of flesh in front of him was over nine inches long and thicker than any cock he had dealt with before.

Mentally shaking himself, he let his eyes continue to peruse his boy. Then he saw them. Patches of strange-looking skin, all that was left physically of the grenade bombing, covered Christian’s entire left side. Kneeling between Christian’s legs, he reached over and began to trace them. The man underneath him shuddered and he stopped. “I won’t touch them if you don’t want me to,” he said quietly.
“It’s not that,” Christian replied. “I just don’t want you to see my ugliness.”

Logan’s head jerked up and he stared into Christian’s worried face. Leaning forward, he shook his head. “You are not ugly, Christian Darringer. You’ve been through hell. These,” Logan ran his hand over the longest scar that ran from Christian’s shoulder all the way down to his hip, “are your battle wounds. They just prove the mettle of the man inside. You shouldn’t have survived that, but you did. You are a strong…” He leaned down and kissed him. “Wonderful…” He moved and kissed the scar. “Intelligent…” He kissed another scar. “Fantastic…”

Book Description:
As Natural As Breathing

Length: Novel
Genre: Gay Spanking Romance

For Christian Darringer, life isn’t worth living. Just back from the Middle East; scarred and with permanent damage to one leg, he does not think anyone will want him for anything. Meeting a gorgeous man he finds himself thinking about constantly is not in his plans. Pulled toward the startling younger man with striking blue eyes, he begins to question a lot of things – especially his sexuality. Not one to hide from a challenge, he plunges ahead only to find himself more than just attracted to Logan who is full of life and joy, he finds himself head over heels in love.

Logan Mannette has almost everything he ever wanted: loving parents, happiness, friends and security. The only thing missing is finding the love of his life, a love that is just like his parents’. When he meets Christian at a party, everything changes. Instantly attracted, he does his best to help this sad man and quickly finds himself feeling more than he has ever felt before. Raised in a domestic discipline household, he holds that ideal as what he wants but his interest in spanking became a fetish and when Christian admits that he wants to be spanked, Logan believes he might have found the perfect man.
Just as everything begins for them, Christian’s past intercedes and one of his brothers makes waves about him dating a man. If it weren’t for Logan’s support, he might fold; but with the love of one amazing man, Christian finds that living his life rather than just existing is as natural as breathing.

Thianna D

For Thianna D, reading and writing are as important as breathing and far more important than math or science. A storyteller from the time she could speak, she was always making up characters as a kid. As a teenager that turned to sci-fi and fantasy, as an adult to romance. It wasn’t until her fourth decade that she began writing erotic scenes within her stories.

Writing M/M came naturally to her; she wrote her first tale before ever having read one. “There is something about the amazing dynamic between two strong men falling in love and defeating anything thrown at them.” While she had written several BDSM stories involving men, As Natural As Breathing was the first full-length novel involving domestic discipline.

You can find out more of what is going on with her at:

#SatSpanks Will She Say Yes?

It's Saturday so that means another snippet from Lady Katherine's Comeuppance. In this scene, Lady Katherine has holed up in her room after the humiliation of scandal has ruined her reputation. In her misery, Thomas comes to console her.

His hand cupped the side of her face and his blue eyes gazed into hers with genuineness. “Please allow me to tell you how profoundly sorry I am for what has happened; it is entirely my fault.” His thumb stroked along her jawline. “I had resolved upon my return to treat you like the lady I know you to be,” he shook his head in dismay, “but as soon as I saw you, my resolve disappeared. And now you must pay the price for my abhorrent behavior. Please forgive me.”

“Please, Katherine, marry me. Be my wife.”

She steeled herself to refuse him, but his lips touched her temple, then her eyelids, skimmed across her jawline and finally settled over her mouth in a tender caress. His arms held her securely against his chest and she could feel his heartbeat through the thickness of the bedclothes which surrounded her.

When his mouth released hers, she sighed, rested her head on his shoulder and said, “Yes.”

Spanking Stories Book Club: The Headstrong Miss Henley

When I decided to go from one book per month to one per week, I figured I needed to add a few books that I had already read and the first book I thought of was The Headstrong Miss Henley because I enjoyed it so much and I wanted to try to show it a little love and let others know about it.

Blurb: Lord Whitford will do anything to keep his reputation untarnished. Sadly, that proves most difficult when he becomes engaged to Miss Henley, a headstrong American who finds most of the ton rules ridiculous.

Whitford is forced to administer a series of spankings--going as far as to use a crop and a hairbrush on her bare bottom--to prevent her from humiliating them both with her abominable behavior. To his consternation, he finds this chore not entirely unpleasant. In fact, he finds it arousing, which is most improper.

This was a fun and playful book and Miss Henley was a likeable heroine.

Here are a couple of questions, but feel free to just say whatever is on your mind.

1. I think it's fair to say that this book needed a proofreader. There were extra words and for a few pages Lord Whitford turned into Lord Whitman and Lord Whitfield. In general, this sort of thing makes my head spin, but I liked this story so much, that I sort of got over it. Well, I probably didn't completely since I am still talking about it.
So, here is my question. Do readers (as opposed to writers who are readers) care about these things? What I'm talking about is poor proofreading as opposed to bad writing.

2. Lord Whitfield wasn't perfect and he had a lesson or two to learn along the way too. Is it just me, or are many of the heroes on romances and spanking romances too perfect?

3. I am a fan of books in the 70-100 page range. What about you? It's nice to have a book you can finish in a lazy afternoon or a late night of reading. Or has the prevalence of novellas ruined things?

Next week we'll be talking about Kate Richard's Spanking Ms. Whitman. You won't want to miss it!

Get Ready for Writing Prompt Wednesday

Announcing a new way to exercise your fingers and imagination.

No, that's not what I mean.

Spanking Romance Reviews is starting a new Wednesday activity for the fun and enjoyment of everyone. Yes, even you.
Here are the details. This is a new event so we hope you'll come and participate tomorrow and have some fun.
Writing Prompt Wednesday

Each Wednesday Spanking Romance Reviews will host a writing prompt for your fun and entertainment.

1.       What is a writing prompt? A writing prompt is a line or two of a story or dialogue or a photo or anything that might inspire a story.

2.       What do I do? A writing prompt is meant to get your creative juices flowing with lots of free thinking and no editing. Once the prompt is posted, we suggest you give yourself a very limited amount of time,  say 10-15 mins, to free write based upon the prompt.

3.       Then what? Then post your response to the writing prompt in the comments. Responses are limited to 250 words…and yes, we’ll be counting.

4.       After you’ve posted your response, take a look at what others have written. See how many different ways a few words or a photo can be interpreted. Feel free to comment on their submissions too---in a friendly and encouraging way.

5.       Who can participate? Everyone! (Over 18, that is.) This is not just for the “professionals” out there. We want to see everyone give their writing muscles a workout. It’s fun. Give it a try.

6.       You said there would be prizes? Yes. Every week one random participant will be selected to receive a prize. ***Note*** anyone who would like to donate a book or other prize, please contact me celestejones215@rocketmail.com

7.       Any other rules? Of course!

Here is the list of no-no’s

·         No underage participants

·         No scenes of rape, incest or forced sex

·         No shameless self-promotion. We know it when we see it.

8.       Does it have to include spanking? No! Let your imagination run wild, but only for 250 words.

9.       Can it be silly? Yes, we encourage silliness.

P.S. I'm over at Cara Bristol's Blog today for Historical Week talking about Lady Katherine's Comeuppance and writing Regency Romance. Please stop by!

Regency 101: Renee Rose On Regency Undergarments

Thank you to Renee Rose for this wonderful guest post on Regency Undergarments.

Thank you, Celeste, for inviting me here today!

In picking the date to set a historical novel, it's often about the clothing.  Hoop skirts are awesome, but maybe not if you wanted a stealthy heroine who can climb trellises or slip undetected in and out of rooms. Or perhaps you're going for a certain alluring look-- in which case, you might not choose late Victorian era because, well, high-necked lace collars aren't quite as sexy as showing a little skin.

I picked the year 1835 for The Westerfield Affair solely on the clothing I wanted my heroine to wear. You see, I really envisioned Kitty swooning from being spanked by Westerfield because her corset restricted her breath. He would then be forced to loosen her corset, which adds all kinds of exciting scandal to the already compromising situation.

“Ow, oh, please, Lord Westerfield!” she gasped. “I will not sass you again,” she promised.

“Thank you, Miss Stanley,” he said. “I am almost finished.”

He applied his hand firmly and after another interval of spanking, realized she had given up all fight and lay quietly over his lap, accepting her punishment. He looked at her face where it lay on the settee and then froze.

She had not submitted—she had swooned.

Kitty blinked up at the worried face of Lord Westerfield. She appeared to be on the floor, cradled in his arms. Her bottom was throbbing—a tingling burn to remind her of the humiliating position in which she had just been.

“You fainted,” he explained at once. “I opened your corset so you could breathe.”

“Oh,” she said, coming to a full realization of her new predicament. Though her dress was still on, the bodice was unhooked in the back, her corset was unlaced, and her drawers were still down around her thighs.

A hysterical giggle bubbled up in her throat.

“I’m sorry. I should have considered the effect of discipline on your breathing before I took you over my knee. That was very stupid of me.”

If you think of Jane Austen's heroines, they were wearing the “Empire waist” gowns-- dresses that were closely fitted to the torso just under the breasts, falling loosely below. For this style, waist-cinching corsets were not necessary.  By the 1830's, however, the natural waist had returned, along with big poofy sleeves and wide, open necklines.  So I set The Westerfield Affair at the very tail end of the Regency Era before Queen Victoria took the throne in 1837. By then, they were also wearing drawers under their skirts, a habit that was barely coming into fashion when Miss Downy, my poor heroine in Pleasing the Colonel, found her skirts lifted for a spanking and had nothing underneath to protect her. In the 1820's drawers were still optional; in fact, I read somewhere that the dance floors in Regency times were sometimes spotted with menstrual blood (TMI?).

The Colonel had walked around to her side of the desk. He patted the top of the desk. “Bend over,” he said.

Her breathing was coming in fast, short gasps. She stepped to the edge of the desk and hesitatingly leaned over it.

“Lift your skirts,” he commanded.

Oh mercy. She had not adopted the new fashion of wearing drawers under her dresses, so lifting her skirts would mean completely baring her backside for his view and punishment. Embarrassed by the mere thought, she slowly reached back and gathered the skirts of her dress and petticoat in each hand, hiking them up to her waist to expose her bare bottom for his view. She squeezed her eyes shut and tried to block out the humiliation that was making her skin feel hot and flushed all over. The edges of the skirts still hung over her bottom, offering a bit of cover, but she felt the brush of his sleeve and the skirts were flipped up onto her back.

By the 1850's, the hoop skirts made wearing drawers necessary, as hoops could be wildly unpredictable. While they're a far cry from the g-string, drawers were considered risque because they resembled male pant legs. They basically consisted of two tubes that were tied at the waist, leaving an opening for doing one's business, or in the case of The Westerfield Affair, conveniently administering bare-bottomed spankings.

So there you have it—the scoop on Regency Era underclothing.

Renee Rose is the author of two Regency Era spanking novellas:  Pleasing the Colonel and The Westerfield Affair. She loves historical novels, most likely because they're the best place to find unabashed corporal punishment.

#SatSpanks She Just Can't Resist Him

Welcome to Saturday Spankings! I'm very excited this week because the book I have been featuring for the last few weeks, Lady Katherine's Comeuppance, is finally available for purchase.
I'll wait here while you go and buy it. :)

This week's snippet takes place a week after last week's snippet. Thomas has been gone and has just returned to the London house, and Lady Katherine. During his absence she has resolved to be done with him. I wonder how long that will last?

The touch of his finger burned a trail from her throat to her shoulder. Despite the anger which had been simmering within her for a week, she found herself weakened by his touch and unable to protest, though she knew she ought to, particularly when he slid the puffed sleeve of her gown down her arm. He repeated the actions on the other side, loosening the fabric which had restrained her breasts until they were freed and aching for his attention.

He tweaked the hardened peak of one nipple between his thumb and forefinger. “Is this so distasteful as to cause you to believe you are lowering your standards, my lady?”

She said nothing, silently cursing him and her own lustful desires. How could a true lady have so little control of herself?

“Or what about this?” And he lowered his head to suckle at the sensitized nipple, made ripe by his touch while his fingers moved to minister to the other breast which veritably shuddered with longing.

Blurb:
The house of Winchester is set on its ear when Thomas, a distant cousin of the recently deceased Earl, arrives to assume his role as Lord Winchester. In addition to an elegant London home and a luxurious country estate, Thomas “inherits” Lady Katherine, the widow of the former earl.

Lady Katherine, herself the daughter of an earl, is horrified that a barbaric American will be not only the new lord of the manor, but also responsible for her future support and livelihood. Lady Katherine is determined to maintain her position in society and equally determined to ignore the brash American. That is, until their passions override their good judgment.

When a scandal erupts and forces them to marry, Thomas uses both tenderness and discipline to prepare his wife to face society and regain her good name. Will this fine English Lady surrender to the American?

#Spanking Stories Book Club: Bound for Disappointment by Sheri Savill

Bound for Disappointment by Sheri Savill had me cracking up. Three different times I had to chase down my husband and read excerpts to him. And I laughed again while I read them.

This was sort of the opposite of a sexy spanking story. I guess that's why it's called a parody.

Here's a bit of trivia---did you know that when soap operas debuted on the radio years ago, they were originally comedies. But, because comedy is hard to write and keep fresh, they soon became dramas. Writing humor is hard, making it look easy is even harder, so kudos to Sheri for a fun book that made me laugh.

How about the rest of you? Is there a place in spanking land for humor?

Which scenes were your favorites?
